材料:
魷魚泡發............50g
豆干條.................20g
紅蘿蔔切絲.........20g
五花肉..................1片約100g
辣椒.......................2條
蒜頭.........................4片
青蒜苗.....................2支
芹菜.........................4支
調味料:
醬油.........2小匙
豆辦醬........2小匙
米酒............2大匙
糖............1小匙
做法:
1.魷魚切條狀,蒜頭切末,蒜苗切片.辣椒切片豆干條切五公分段.芹菜切五公分段.五花肉切小丁或薄片
2.五花肉與魷魚過油炸,撈起備用
3.蒜頭.辣椒.青蒜苗先爆香,加入豆辦醬炒香,加入做法2拌炒
4.嗆入米酒,再放入剩下材料炒軟豆干ˋ芹菜最後放
5.加入醬油與糖拌勻即可呈盤
